Still a vegetarian. Managed to resist a chicken kebab after my first Drinking session of the New Year with friends.
Total steps this week = 82418. Still managing at least 10K per day and still doing my 10K run training.
And finally, still got my new job. It’s all looking good.
Day 7 and despite everyone around me eating meat including my favourites such as Pepperoni Pizza, I am still a vegetarian.
Started day 2 of my 10K run training today.
Total weekly steps has increased from around 40K if I don’t do any exercise and in my old job role, to78064 in the past week and I expect this to be higher this week.
I’ve been trying different activities each day this week:
Kayaking,cycling,walking,running and today was squash with Christian. It’s the first time in probably a year that we’ve played.
Final score 3-9 to Christian. Somewhere in the 2nd game I must have slipped and ended up falling to the floor and head butting the back wall resulting in a small cut to the head/bump/bruise, neck pain, shoulder pain, arm pain, sore muscle at top of leg and two bruised/scraped knees. I’m literally sore all over.
